Data protection
This policy explains what data Reloj con Criterio, as a personal project, may receive when you contact us by email, social media or through the form prepared on the website.
We may process the information you voluntarily provide when contacting us: name, email address, information about the watch you are asking about or proposing, the content of your message and any data you decide to include.
If you contact us through Instagram or Facebook, the communication will also take place within those platforms and will be subject to their own terms and policies.
We use received data to answer questions, assess proposed watches, manage possible buying and selling transactions, maintain communications relating to a piece and keep a basic conversation history when necessary.
We do not use this data to send mass commercial communications or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
The basis for processing your data is your consent when you contact us voluntarily and, where a transaction or negotiation exists, the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by you.
We will keep the data for as long as necessary to answer the enquiry, manage a possible transaction and meet legal obligations or handle claims should they arise.
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing or portability of your data by writing to contacto@relojconcriterio.com.
If you believe your request has not been handled correctly, you can contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
The website includes links to social media and uses Google Analytics 4 to understand in aggregate how the site is used: visits, sections viewed, watch files opened, articles read and contact or social-media clicks. We do not send names, email addresses, messages or other data that directly identifies you to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to generate browsing statistics. Google acts as the service provider and may process technical data according to its own terms and policies. Analytics has been configured with Google signals and personalised advertising disabled.
To understand where visits come from, we may record campaign source (for example, tagged Instagram or Facebook links and QR codes), the referring site—domain only—and the landing page. We do not record the full referrer URL or personal search terms.
The form currently opens a prepared email on the user’s device; it does not store messages in a database owned by the site.
